Sure, that is usually one way of looking at us, but at J&A Consulting & Bookkeeping we have revolutionized the perception of cash and balances. J&A Consulting & Bookkeeping is a full-service firm serving individuals nationally. We are a close-knit family oriented network. We strive in providing our clients with honest, personalized support as well as professional guidance in the wide spectrum of finance and business administration. Our team has a combined 25 years experience in financial consulting and accounting.

Team Members

Our CEO, Judith Rodriguez obtained her Degree in Business & Administration in 1991 and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting 1990 at the University of Reading Community College, Dental Management Certification, from Mayo Clinic in Arizona, Dental Assistant Degree 1986, Avenia College PA . She is also a member of the American Bookkeeping Association Nationwide as well as a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and is a certified Notary Public. Judith paved the road for this company a long time ago in a small town of Pennsylvania. Judith not only has an extensive background in business and accounting, but she has also worked in the medical field for over 20 years. She has opened practices, set up financial and operational systems until ultimately managing them- taking these practices from loss to financial success. Firms such as [name of medical offices, clinics] can attest that her professional demeanor and canny knowledge helped cushion their hard times.

Following her mother’s footsteps, our President Marilyn Sostre, has earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from Phoenix University, a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University and is a certified Notary Public. Marilyn is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor with an extensive knowledge in the hospitality/entertainment industry as well as in retail and Marina Yacht businesses. Her experience expands over seas where she worked as an Accountant for Bahamas Rum Cake Factory, Bahamas Air Conditioning, Bahamas Carpet Cleaning, Urban Nation in Nassau, Bahamas. She also partook as a consultant in Venezuela for Cartubs. Her forte is analyzing productivity, procedure profitability and networks to present methods of improvement for a company’s foundation, financial and ordinary operational needs.

Our Vice President, Wilman A. SantaCruz is a business professional and also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor for JA Consulting & Bookkeeping. His level of expertise is very diverse ranging from Project Coordination and Logistic Analysis to Marketing/Sales with knowledge in legal procedures. Wilman possesses a keen eye for Marketing and Sales, from 2002-2006 he took the role of Retail and Sales Merchant Director for Advantage Sales & Marketing who caters accounts such as Pedegree, Gillete, Pepsi and Mar’s Inc. (M&M). He worked as a Project Coordinator for Microsoft Corporation in Latam America and in 2006 transition as Regional Logistics Manager for Marken-Global Life Science Supply Chain Solutions. Wilman’s forth-set demeanor awarded him the opportunity to work for the City of Miami as Process Server for the City Courthouse; such venture allowed him to gain knowledge within the legal spectrum. A native of Venezuela, Wilman has a background in Business Administration and provides his extensive know-how to the successful operation of JA Consulting & Bookkeeping.
